Book Recommendation:
A MUST READ for anyone on the journey
to understand and embrace their lives!
"The Ripple Effect" by Betty J. Eadie
"In The Ripple Effect, Betty J. Eadie opens her mail to us. She draws from the letters critical lessons for life. She illuminates how God's higher plan—continually at work in our lives—can transform our pain and difficulties into ultimate joy and triumph. She shows how the effects of sharing love, forgiveness, and compassion ripple out and return, bringing us greater love, peace, and fulfillment."

AHA! I thought that was the book that Dad got each of us! I just finally looked in my armoir and there it was...unread. I'll have to get around to reading this since you and Dad both have recommended it so highly. I love Betty J. Eadie anyway, so will be an easy read. ;0)
Well that's just strange...it shows 0 comments, yet when I click on it, it does show the comment that I already made earlier (yesterday? This morning?...can't remember when). Hmmmmmm....
That is weird, because it still says 0 comments, but I see Kathy's 2 right here...hmmm...maybe that's what's happening to all of your posts since Oct. 6th, hmmm...? I guess I'm a little better than Kathy; I have read some of it, but I get distracted by good fiction. Right now I'm reading Twisted by Jonathan Kellerman. Not exactly inspirational, but a darn good read!
Okay, this is just bizarre. So I'm sitting there with nothing else to do after putting the kids to bed last night 'cuz I have to be silent since we're all practically in the same room. So I pull out my "Ripple Effect" book and realize that it's one I had started reading a loooong time ago, and it's a different copy than the one Dad gave me. So I have 2 copies of this book and still hadn't read it. Oops! Well, I'm starting it again but also went to the used book store and got some good mystery/thrillers (I hope good anyway...), so don't know when I'll get back to this one. ;0)
Dad didn't send one to me...but he seems to think he did (he mentioned that he sent a book to each of us girls, but I didn't want to be rude & tell him he forgot me). I wonder if he mailed two to Kathy by accident?
